During Crop Kingston's Winter Retreat a few weekends ago I held a No Line Water Colouring class and this is the card we made. We started with the Forever Blossoms stamp set stamped in Sahara Sand. Then using an Aqua Painter and ink refills with water we coloured in the image. Using a light coloured ink is the most important part.

My upline organized a mailed team Swap in December. Swaps are fun to participate in! For my card I used the Lily Pad stamp set and the Lily Impressions designer series paper on my card, both are products that can be earned for free during Sale-A-Bration.

I stamped the backside of the lily stamp first using Rich Razzelberry ink and then once dry, emboss the lily image in gold.

A fun and quick card using the Tropical Oasis designer series paper! We created this card at January's Cards & Chocolate card class. Instead of using the new Timeless Tropical Bundle we used the Tropical Chic stamp set and matching Tropical dies from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue.

A single picture is hard for me to scrapbook sometimes! I enjoy creating pages with multiple photos. But this one photo of Hoover staring at me while I was sitting at my desk is a favourite of mine. It's one of 6 photos in a frame we have hung up to remember him.
The Peaceful Poppies designer series paper is gorgeous and I had fun creating these cards! I used the Painted Poppies stamp set and the Painted Labels dies from the same suite along with the Stitched So Sweetly dies.

These cards was created during my Facebook live last week. The video is below if you missed watching it. Join me Thursday at 7pm for my next live!

We would love for you to join us for our next all-day crop on Saturday February 22nd in support of H'Art Kingston. We will be at our NEW location: Salvation Army Church in Kingston, Ontario. Register by February 7th http://bit.ly/CKFeb2020Crop
If you need inspiration for your project pick up a catalogue - the Annual, the Mini or even the Sale-A-Bration - and look at the projects! Project designs and colour combinations abound. My card is a case of the Peaceful Poppies bundle that can be found on page 4 of the Mini Catalogue. I omitted the panel behind the flowers and changed the orientation of the card. The catalogue sample's flowers were watercoloured but I used a clear block to pick up colour from the ink pad and then press over the flower. Two of the flowers were done the same way but the ink stamped off onto a scrap of paper before stamping the block with colour to the smaller flowers.

My niece requested a monkey card for her birthday this year after I made a penguin card for her brother! I used a bunch of circle punches and a few of the Layering Oval dies to create the monkey! The monkey is layered with die cut leaves from the Tropical Chic stamp set. The background was stamped with Granny Apple Green, Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive (stamped off first though). Then I used Granny Apple Green ink and a Sponge Brayer to darken the bottom portion of the stamped piece. I hand drew the nose and mouth on using Black Journaling Pens.

Welcome to my blog and December's Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop celebrating Holidays! With Christmas around the corner I pulled some pictures from December 2014 that were in pockets without the page being finished. I seem to say that a lot lately! But it's true! The pictures are printed and are waiting for me to go back and fill in the gaps with pretty paper and stamps. In January I will be working on filling in my gaps and sharing my scrapbooking journey here on my blog and over on www.Instagram.com/FromWhereIStamp. Follow me over on Instagram to see what I'm up to!
A fun card perfect for a birthday! The designer series paper is from the Monster Bash designer series paper pack. I like how Stampin' Up! has designs that work for Halloween but can also be used for other projects. The image was coloured in with watercolour pencils and blended with a Blender Pen.

This card was created during my Facebook live. The video is below if you missed watching it. Join me tonight - Thursday December 12th at 7pm for my next live.

Thank you to those that joined us on November 23rd for Crop Kingston's all day crop. Each attendee received the Night Before Christmas 6"x6" designer series paper pack in their grab bags. Lisa and I provided make and takes using that pack of designer series paper that each person could create during the crop.

Welcome to our December Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop! Our theme this month if Foil and Glimmer - perfect for holiday celebrating! This month I'm sharing a 3D project that we created at a class during Crop Kingston's Fall Retreat in October.

We coloured a Baker's box using a Sponge Brayer, Mossy Meadow ink and Frost White Shimmer Paint. The ink and shimmer paint are mixed together with a small amount of water and then spread onto the Baker's box using the Sponge Brayer. You could also use a sponge or sponge dauber to paint the outside of the box.

Inside there are 4 Mini Curvy Keepsake boxes perfect to fill with chocolate, candy or small gifts!

To create this card I used a few of the colours that are in the designer series paper. I stamped the poppies on watercolour paper then misted the ink to soften it.

This card was our make and take at Onstage earlier this month. You can see 2 of the different patterns that are included in the Peaceful Poppies designer series paper pack.

Both of these cards were created during my Facebook live. The video is below if you missed watching it. Join me next Thursday December 5th at 7pm for my next live.

Unfortunately the Moose punch is no longer available, it has been a very popular item! But the Merry Moose stamp set can still be purchased. I wanted to share this card with you still though, you can fussy cut the moose fairly easily or stamp them onto the Whisper White card stock and then die cut the oval - it will look different than my card but still cute!

Each moose is coloured with 2 different ink colours - Sahara Sand and Crumb Cake - but stamped off before stamping over the lined image. I cut off the antlers off one moose after all the stamping. You could also mask the antlers before stamping to achieve the same effect.

Hello and welcome to our Global Stamping Friend Extraordinary Blog Hop - celebrating the new January to June Mini Catalogue! Last weekend demonstrators from all over the world gathered together at Onstage to learn and see new products coming in January. We are sharing projects either showcasing new product or swaps from Onstage.

On Saturday I attended Onstage Local in Toronto, Ontario - it was a lot of fun! I was lucky to bring home the new Forever Blossoms stamp set and a package of new Country Club designer series paper. Both of these items will be in the January-June Mini Catalogue on January 3, 2020. One of my favourite reasons to attend Onstage is receiving new product before anyone else!

To colour in the flower image I used a Blender pen with Crushed Curry and Garden Green ink. Those 2 colours can be found in the Country Club designer series paper along with Night of Navy, Poppy Parade, Basic Black and Whisper White. I squeeze my ink pads to transfer colour to the lid, then use the Blender Pen to pick up the ink from the lid. Make sure to wipe your Blender pen on a scrap piece of paper to clear off any ink before using another colour or putting it away.

To finish off the card the main image is die cut using the Stitched Nested labels then popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals, a piece of Crushed Curry was embossed using the Stylish Scroll embossing folder (found in the Holiday Catalogue), a section of Basic Black Scalloped Edge ribbon and a few Gold Metallic pearls to finish off the card.

Happy Halloween! It's a very frightful here today with heavy rain and strong winds. We will be handing out Play-doh and Twizzlers to about 100 kids tonight, if they decide to brave the weather! This scrapbook page is my take on a sketch provided by Scrapbook & Cards Today magazine last month (above photo).
