Were you able to join us for May's virtual crop? We used the Ice Cream Corner designer series paper for our projects and I wanted to share a couple of my scrapbook layouts with you today.
Using strips of designer series paper along with cutting out images from the designer series paper you can create a fun layout like I have above. The main piece of paper I chose from the Ice Cream Corner DSP makes me think of drizzled chocolate. What do you think? To finish off this layout you could use one 4" x 6" picture or even add another photo to the right of the white photo layer.

The yummy looking Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper will be the focus of this month's Crop Kingston Ice Cream Virtual Crop happening on Sat May 15. Registration closes tomorrow - Sun May 2nd. Scroll down for the link.
This card is not one of the cards we will make at the crop but it does give you an idea of what the Ice Cream Corner designer series paper looks like. To create the ice cream image on this card by using the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set and Ice Cream Cone builder punch. Both are great additions to the crop class.
Join in on the virtual ice cream fun on Sat May 15th! Here you will find all the details: https://www.fromwhereistamp.ca/p/crop-kingston-ice-cream-virtual-crop.html

Today was our Crop Kingston March Virtual Crop using the Fine Art Floral designer series paper. Lisa and myself had fun sharing our projects with class attendees during the virtual event today. This morning I went live in the group and shared how to create the 4 cards I designed but with a twist! I switched up the designer series patterns on today's cards but kept the same overall design. Then during the afternoon I was able to sit down and create this card. We provide our attendees with a creative challenge at each crop. While I wasn't following the challenge I did share this extra card design to the group.

On Saturday we held our November 'Tis The Season Virtual Crop in our private Facebook group. It was fun to create some additional projects for you and to watch what Lisa created!
This is my original card that the instructions were included in the PDF. I picked out strips of the 'Tis The Season designer series paper that were left over from our other cards. For my sample card I used strips featuring the colour green. The strips are 4" x 0.75".

A few weekends ago we had our October Plaid Virtual Crop. We used the Plaid Tidings designer series paper for all our projects and today I'm sharing with you one of my layouts and an alternative version I shared during the event.
A few weeks ago we held our September Playful Pets Virtual Crop! We used the Playful Pets designer series paper for all of our projects and I wanted to share one of my original layouts (the first picture) and my changed version (the second picture). My changed version uses the same pieces of cardstock, a little different sized designer series paper and more pictures. I have fun creating different layouts using the same cardstock during my live videos in our private Facebook group. This way everyone receives more ideas if what we originally designed doesn't fit your style or maybe the pictures you have!
Earlier this month was Crop Kingston's August Virtual Crop. We used the Forever Greenery designer series paper to create either 6 scrapbook pages or 8 cards. Today I'm sharing with you my original design that was included in the instructions and then an alternative layout I created live during the crop.
Saturday July 11th was Crop Kingston's Whale of A Virtual Crop. We used the Whale Of A Time designer series paper along with the Whale Done stamp and punch bundle to create our projects. There is a private Facebook group that all participants have access to where Lisa and I share both the cards and scrapbook pages we have created.
Love these turtles!! There is a turtle stamp in the Whale Done stamp set but these pretty turtles are fussy cut from a sheet of the Whale Of A Time designer series paper. The big green turtle makes me smile as he is looking right at us!
During the event we both go live to share how to assemble our projects and usually share alternative ideas using the same pieces from our original projects to provide some other ideas to use the designer series paper. My second card is a landscape version of the original because those turtles are adorable! On this card I stamped Pacific Point ink onto the DSP instead of Night of Navy in my first card. It creates a different look.
Hope you can join us for our next crop on Sat Aug 8th! Choose from our Card To Go Kit, Scrapbook To Go Kit or Virtual Crop Access Pass! Each option includes a PDF of the card & scrapbook projects along with access to our exclusive Facebook group where we will share live videos, additional ideas using the products and more! The Card and Scrapbook Kits To Go include cardstock, embellishments and product needed to create the projects. Registration closes July 21st. Registration closes today Jul 21, sign up below:
