Did you know you can use one sheet of Tea Boutique designer series paper to create two cards? There are 48 sheets in this designer series paper (DSP) pack. That means you could create 96 cards with this pack alone!
The Silver & Gold 6x6 DSP is really pretty but lacks some colour. The best thing about this paper is that you can add your own colour very easily! For today's card you'll learn how to use the Stampin' Blends to colour the Silver & Gold Designer Series Paper (DSP). I hadn't tried using Stampin' Blends with this paper before and I love how it turned out!
Scrapbooking is what introduced me to Stampin' Up!. My friend, Andrea, shared that I could use stamps and ink to make embellishments for my scrapbook layouts instead of trying to find the right sticker! Over the years I've switched from what I call "normal layouts" like today's layout to pocket pages. Scroll on through this post to see how scrapbooking with Today is the Day Memories & More Card Pack can make it easier to craft layouts.
To show off this Awesome Otter I went digging through my designer series paper looking for something that would inspire a card. I keep my DSP in big zipper bags in a drawer. Pretty sure I pulled out all the packs I have and didn't like any that I saw! Have you been that way? Went looking for something but then nothing works for what you imagined or wanted? No? Just me? Then I remembered the Stampin' Up! order that arrived last week with the Abstract Beauty 4" x 6" designer series paper
The New Horizon designer series paper (DSP) is one of my favourite packs of paper right now. My second favourite is the Sunshine & Rainbows designer series paper! Do you have a favourite pack?

The designs in the New Horizon DSP are of gorgeous sunset or sunrise landscape scenes. But on the opposite side or back side of the landscape designs are watercolour wash designs that look like water or clouds or fog. It was perfect to use for this card to make it look like the background is water. The otter can float along holding the cute little fish.

Welcome to July's Pretty Cards & Paper blog hop. The You're A Peach designer series paper is the focus of our projects this month. And bonus - it's on sale until August 2 for 15% off.
Do you like the colours in this pack of DSP? They are Balmy Blue, Bumblebee, Calypso Coral, Early Espresso, Mango Melody, Pale Papaya, Pear Pizzazz & Petal Pink. It's neat how the colours are used to colour in the peach - Bumblebee, Calypso Coral, Petal Pink and Mango Melody. The flowers on my card were coloured in using some of these colours with the Stampin' Blends.

The June Paper Pumpkin - Expressions In Color arrived at my doorstep this week and I wanted to share what was inside the kit along with what you can create using the products included in it.
This photo shows what you would've received if you subscribed to the kit before June 10. Instructions are also included. If you've received a Paper Pumpkin kit from Stampin' Up! in the past the instructions have been updated to include more details and are printed in colour. It was a lot easier to figure out which items were needed for each card.
With the retiring list posted recently I went through my stamp collection. One of my favourite things is purchasing new stamps to play with but then I forgot about the awesome stamps I have in my collection already! Do you get that way too? This week I'll be sharing projects using some of my favourite retiring products. Today's card features the Country Home stamp set and the Tin Tile 3D Embossing folder.

Each week I will share a video on how to create a project. This video will be available on my YouTube channel and shared in a blog post with more details about that project. See today's video below or you can watch it on my YouTube channel:

Welcome to the Global Stamping Friends April blog hop! We are sharing projects inspired by Rainbows! To me the best product in the catalogues is the Rainbow Glimmer paper. This glimmer paper goes from Granny Apple Green to Bermuda Bay, Blackberry Bliss onto Magenta Madness and finally to Mango Melody.
Each of the butterflies were stamped using Memento ink onto the cardstock then portions of the wings were coloured in using the dark blend from the coordinating Stampin' Blends pack. The butterflies on this card are Granny Apple Green, Bermuda Bay and Rich Razzleberry. To give each card more sparkle I've added 5 Rhinestones around the butterflies.
It was hard to decide which section of the Rainbow Glimmer Paper to use so I created 2 cards!
Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody and Melon Mambo are the colours for these Butterflies. Mini Glue Dots are the perfect and easy way to adhere the butterflies to the card. If you put the glue dot on behind the body part of the butterfly you can fold up the wings a bit to make them feel like they are fluttering away!
Have you tried Stampin' Up!'s Rainbow Glimmer paper before? If you'd like to place an order you can click on any of the product images below. They will take you directly to my online store to that item where you can add them to your cart and confirm your purchase.
