Happy Halloween! It's a very frightful here today with heavy rain and strong winds. We will be handing out Play-doh and Twizzlers to about 100 kids tonight, if they decide to brave the weather! This scrapbook page is my take on a sketch provided by Scrapbook & Cards Today magazine last month (above photo).
One of the Facebook groups I belong to - The Joy of Sets - held a Halloween card swap! I knew the Monster Mash designer series paper would be perfect for this project. And it made it easier to create this card. The spooky lady was circle die cut and put onto a scalloped bronze foil sheet cut out. Both were cut using the Layering Circle dies. The bronze stars were a perfect finishing touch!

This Wicked card was created by Petra, my swap partner from the same Facebook group. Love how she used the eyes in the tree!

This card is so fun and easy to make! The snowmen are already decorated and ready to attach to a card! You can find these designs in the Let It Snow specialty designer series paper. The designer series paper was cut at 2-3/4" in height and then at 5-1/2" wide. You can get 8 cards from each 12"x12" sheet for a total of 16 cards using this snowman design.

I used a pocket page layout from September's Crop Kingston all-day crop for inspiration to create this card. You can find inspiration anywhere! But I like sharing alternatives to my pocket pages as it shows that even if someone might not like making pocket pages they can still use my projects for inspiration. This card is a CASE of the one 4" x 6" pocket made to fit a 4.25" x 5.5" Early Espresso card base.
