Saturday's Crop was fun day in support of the Kingston Animal Rescue!

Have you tried black and white photos on your layouts before? These work perfectly with the Smokey Slate (a fav colour of mine). On this page I wrote the people's names directly onto the pictures before sliding them into the pockets. Our Project Life Journaling Pens are perfect to write with and don't smudge when you write onto photos. This Project Life page is Design 5 from Variety Pack 1

You might remember seeing this card from my OnStage Ottawa Display Stamper projects, it's great to reuse an idea to share with others! The stamp set used here is Iconic Occasions Host set found in the 2017 Occasions Catalogue.
These last 2 projects were designed by my upline Lisa Henderson. I love the scrapbook pages that she creates! The fox on her scrapbook is adorable too!

This sour cream container is filled with a few Hersey Kisses and really easy to make using one 6"x6" piece of the A Little Foxy Designer Series stack.

So excited to share my samples I made for the Ottawa, ON Onstage event this past weekend! It was a lot of fun creating all these samples. After putting up my samples on the display board I was so nervous that everyone was going to see them!! There are 15 samples that I made. Enjoy!

Stampin' Up! is looking for Display board stampers for the November OnStage event. I missed attending last fall and I'm looking forward to attending this year. Just have to say: I love Project Life and Stampin' Up! together. Project Life is a simpler way to scrapbook your memories in photo pockets with cards. I find it really simple to print my pictures, choose my filler cards (unless I have every pocket filled with a picture - and sometimes I really do have that many photos!) and embellish a little if needed. The above photo is a page from my 2014 album.

I love watercolours and the Happy Watercolour stamp caught my eye in the Occasions Catalogue. Pairing this stamp set up with gold made it pop even more! The flower image is embossed in black, then coloured in with aqua painters using Calypso Coral and So Saffron ink. Time to send this on to a friend for her birthday!

Just noticed as I posted this that I forgot to colour in the goose - I had meant to, but it turned out really well without colour! Have you ever made a mistake on a card and not noticed until it was too late?
Stamped the goose on watercolour paper (the better paper to make really pretty watercoloured images) with Black Stazon ink. Then added 2 strips of Champagne Glimmer paper to add a little sparkle. The Woodgrain texture and Linen Thread give the card a more earthy feel.
