Happy January! Welcome to this month's Colour Combo Blog Hop where we are creating our projects using Bumblebee, Melon Mambo and Pool Party. Lively colours to brighten up our January days!!
What do you think of today's colour combo and do you like using colour combos? Some colour combos are easy to put together and others, like today's, are a little tougher.
You can find the Sweet Little Valentine Cards & More on page 16 of the Jan-Jun Mini Catalogue. It makes ten 4.25" x 3.25" cards or you can add more supplies like I have today to make full sized cards. Need a catalogue? You can download one here: http://bit.ly/FWISJanJun21

Welcome! December's Colour Combo is Gray Granite, Real Red and Cinnamon Cider. A great combo for Christmas an many other projects.
Can you smell the cinnamon when you use Cinnamon Cider cardstock or ink? It makes me think of apple cider simmering on the stove with cinnamon sticks. Yum! Maybe I should heat some up today. Do you have a warm drink you like to drink during the cooler months? It would be neat to hear about your favourite that I could try.

Have you noticed the Gold Cards & Envelopes in the Aug-Dec Mini Catalogue? I love the gold design on the cards. A great base for Christmas cards! Keep in mind that these Gold Cards & Envelopes are retiring and only available while supplies last. Don't your love the saying on this card? The Christmas Means More stamp set is a great set with seasonal sentiments. In the card above its stamped with Memento black ink with the ivy coloured in with Stampin' Blends.

Hello! Welcome to October's Colour Combo Blog Hop.This month our combo is Mossy Meadow, Bermuda Bay and Smoky Slate!
These colours felt like a birthday card combo! And perfect to create a card to send to either my sister-in-law later this month or my brother-in-law next month! Although I've created this card now, hopefully I will remember where I've put it when the time comes to send it, so the sentiment might be the perfect fit!

Welcome to September's Colour Combo Blog Hop! This colour combo is a different one for me and I hope you enjoy my card! I had fun making it.
For colour combos I'm unsure of, like this one, I gather cardstock pieces of each colour in different sizes and play around with layers. Sometimes I'll use a colour I'm not keen on, like the Flirty Flamingo for ink but it worked to use a piece of cardstock instead for the sentiment to make it pop. Once I decided to use Night of Navy for the card base I went searching through the online store, looking at the designer series paper to see which packs had Night of Navy. The In Good Taste DSP was one of them and this tile mosaic piece worked so well! I'm finding the In Good Taste DSP to be very versatile for so many projects! The card was finished with the trees from the In The Pines stamp set stamped and one of the die cut using the new Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.

Welcome to July's Colour Combo Blog Hop! This month the colours are Highland Heather, Misty Moonlight and Sahara Sand. A fun combo!
I love the textures in the Tasteful Touches stamp set. There is lots of detail with the images and this stamp set has some great sentiments as well. The hello is part of a larger sentiment that I inked up using a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker. I had a hard time trying to put Highland Heather onto this card but a little bit of it showing under the sentiment was perfect!
