Such lovely sentiments in the Penguin Place stamp set. This card I've used the "To the coolest friend ever" stamp but instead of stamping it as one piece I've split it up onto 2 lines. There are a few ways you can do that: use a Stampin' Write Marker to colour the section of words you want to stamp each time, cut apart the stamp to create 2 pieces, or you could use a sticky note to mask words that you don't want to touch the ink pad then remove the sticky note and stamp. Have you tried any of these techniques?
This card was one of 20 I made for a Stampin' Up! demonstrator swap where we used items from the Jul-Dec Mini Catalogue. Swaps are great way to receive cards using products I don't have and to see other card designs that can be used for inspiration when I'm creating. Since I had many cards to create and to quickly stamp the penguin multiple times and add the antlers in just the right spot I used the Stamparatus. As shown in the photo above I used mini sticky notes to mark the corner of the paper. On the right plate was the penguin stamp and the top plate was the antlers. You could also use the other side of the plates to add the beak and bowtie but I'd forgotten about stamping those images until after. Step 1 is to stamp the 1st penguin, Step 2 stamp the antlers, Step 3 turn the paper and stamp the penguin, Step 4 turn the paper and stamp the penguin for the last time. Once you have everything stamped replace the Basic White cardstock with another piece and repeat for all the cards you will make. I used the Stamparatus to help me create swap cards but you can use it to create a bundle of birthday or Christmas cards.
The Penguin Place stamp set and coordinating Penguin punch are in the 2021 Jul-Dec Mini Catalogue. Purchase the Penguin Place bundle, that includes the stamp set and punch for $42.25 until January 3, 2022 and then both items will be available again in the 2022 Jul-Dec Mini Catalogue.
