Stampin' Up!'s Colour Refresh!
We love colour and we know that you do too. Colour is fundamental to who we are and what we offer. It's important for us to stay up-to-date with colour trends so we are thrilled to share our updated line of colours, and hope you will be as excited as we are by the new possibilities!

 In 2010 we did a big colour renovation and shared our plans for smaller colour refreshes every three to five years to keep our colours on trend. Well it has been three years and we are excited to announce that the upcoming 2013-2014 annual catalogue will include 10 new colours (most of which are returning In Colors from previous years)! We are welcoming back some of your favourites, moving some colours around, and introducing one brand-new colour (Smokey Slate!)

Beginning on today (April 4), all retiring/discontinued color products (i.e. ink, paper, ribbon, accessories, etc.) will be available ONLY while supplies last. This means that some products will not be available through the retired list period (WHICH BEGINS APRIL 24 AND RUNS THROUGH JUNE 3, 2013).   Stock up on your favorites this weekend while shipping is FREE (April 6 to April 8 - see above for the details).

So today's blog post is my application to be a Stampin' Up! display stamper! It would be so cool to see my projects up on the display boards at a future event where other demonstrators crowd around to view and take pictures of the projects! We've been asked to create 3 cards, 1 scrapbook page and 2 3D items and share them all in one post... so here we go:

I love this shimmery butterfly, when the light hits it just right you can see the shimmer even though it may not show very well in the picture. To create the multi-coloured image I used the baby wipe technique.
