Welcome to July's Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop! This month our theme challenge is Monochromatic. I found some pictures of my sister-in-law's wedding flowers that needed to be scrapbooked and her colours were white and yellow daisies.
Currently I'm working thru 19+ years of pictures and memories. These pictures were mixed in with some others in a pocket page that didn't have room for me to add journaling. Perfect opportunity to add a page! I also found some pictures of my dog Hoover that I'll use to create a page for the backside of this one so adding a page to a partially finished album is not a problem!
This monochromatic layout uses yellows: So Saffron, Crushed Curry and Bumblebee. Although the theme is monochromatic the pictures and the daisies I added called for a few pops of green. I tried to match the green of the silk flowers and the closest one was Shaded Spruce. The sentiment piece is die cut from Very Vanilla.
