Punched Artoo!

October 21, 2013 in , ,
Isn't this guy cute?! For my Star Wars fan nephew's birthday a few months ago I decorated this little tin to hold his gift card present (which he loved and used to hold his Pokémon cards he received from others - so cool!). For a general idea of how to assemble Artoo I sought out Pinterest and saw a few cards.

Supplies
Stamps: Banner Greetings
Ink: Night of Navy
Paper: Whisper White, Night of Navy, Basic Grey, Basic Black, Silver Glimmer
Accessories: 1-3/8" Circle Punch, 1-3/8" Circle Punch, hole punch, White Gel Pen, Stampin Dimensionals

These cards are so cool! Finally had a chance to play with the Circle Card Thinlits Die and it was so easy to create this card. On the other side of the circle I had lots of room to write a little note. To embellish the front of the circle I heat embossed the goose image from the Wetlands stamp set and coloured the image in with a blender pen and classic inks. The thinlit cuts and scores the card stock for you - next stop is to stamp and embellish! You can order these online at my store.
