Create a Harvest Scrapbook Layout
This week on Facebook I asked you what fall activity pictures do you like taking the most? The fall leaves, apple picking, the pumpkin patch or the garden harvest. For someone like me, who's favourite season is autumn, it can be hard to pick which one! Maybe you pick based on how many photos you've taken of each one! The one with the most photos taken wins? So far this fall the most photos would be produce from our garden.
Used the sketch below from Creative Scrapbooker Magazine to create this autumn harvest scrapbook layout. I switched up the size of the photos and didn't add the large title at the bottom. Leave me a comment to let me know if you would create a page with the smaller photos or opt for larger photos?
I like using sketches when I'm scrapbooking. I used to think I had to follow it exactly as it was laid out but have learned that's not the case. You can take the sketch and stretch parts of it or leave out a piece if you want. It can also be turned upside down or just turned one way or the other.

Here's a close up of the texture found in the Earthen Elegance 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper. Usually I would pull colours from the list on the pack of designer series paper but for this layout I used colours that coordinated with the photos. The marigolds look just like Crushed Curry and the green peppers matched Garden Green wonderfully!
