Does this card make you think of Neapolitan Ice Cream? I can't have Neapolitan Ice Cream because one layer is strawberry and I'm allergic to strawberries! But that's ok, I love chocolate ice cream instead. What colours of ice cream would you make for the 3 scoops on this cone? You could even have sprinkles.
While the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set and coordinating Ice Cream Cone Builder punch are no longer bundled, I recommend purchasing them together because the punch helps to make a quick stack of ice cream scoops for your cards.
For the ice cream cone I stamped the hashtag style stamp using Soft Suede onto Cinnamon Cider cardstock. Then stamped Mint Macaron, Soft Suede and Petal Pink inks to stamp the ice cream scoops onto the same colour cardstock. A few quick punches later and I had 3 scoops of ice cream. A tip for you: a thin sliver of Basic White cardstock (or another colour as no one will see it once the ice cream is on the card) is a great building block for this ice cream stack. Glue one end to the back of the cone, then you can glue the ice cream scoops onto the strip to create a sturdy stack. Pop some dimensionals on the back of this stacked ice cream cone and adhere it onto your card front.
This is a great time to remind you that there are some retiring In Colors that will disappear very soon with the Annual Catalogue retirement. The 2020-2022 In Color Collection includes: Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, Bumblebee, Magenta Madness and Misty Moonlight will be gone on May 2, 2022. Most likely they will sell out quickly so I suggest if you do not have any of these colours yet and wish to buy them, do so now. If you are purchasing ink pads please also purchase the ink refills so that you can enjoy the ink even longer.
