Welcome to our March Global Stamping Friends blog hop! We are celebrating Spring this month by creating projects using a spring theme!

The roses and leaves are fussy cut from a partial sheet of the designer series paper. Since some of the roses were cut from the edges of the paper I decided to use that to create a flower strip by gluing the roses to a piece of So Saffron card stock. The Whisper White card stock was stamped with the Birch background stamp using Gray Granite ink. To finish off the card I added the Happy Birthday greeting from the Sending You Thoughts Sale-A-Bration stamp set. You can earn this stamp set for free with a $60 order.

The Best Dressed designer series paper wasn't one I thought I would use. This suite is so not me! But I LOVE the designer series paper! I've used this paper for different cards and a few pocket pages.

  1. Such a pretty card! I still don't have the Birch background stamp, and it looks so lovely here. The deep green of that Mossy Meadow card stock really makes those pastels pop! Thanks for sharing :-D
