Came across a very cool technique on the weekend over on Splitcoaststampers. This card is for the WICKED challenge for Demonstrators. I haven't participated in this challenge before, and I have 2 other parts for this months challenge to try too! Guess you can say I've been lurking for long enough, time to break out of my comfort zone and do some challenges!

To create the tin roof ceiling technique I started with Sahara Sand paper and heat embossed silver powder all over it and then punched out the circles. Then theses circles were run through the Big Shot with the new Vintage Wallpaper Impression folder then heated each circle with the heat tool to get the silver embossing nice and shiny!

I hope to see you on Sunday to celebrate the release of Stampin' Up!'s new 2010-2011 Idea Book and Catalogue! Are you in the Kingston, Ontario area and wish to attend? Please contact me by email to reserve your spot.
