The Wood Textures Designer Series Paper has stuck around in the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue! There are so many neat designs on these pages it can be hard to choose one - for this card I used 2 different ones.

At the crop we made projects using the Delightfully Detailed Memories & More card pack and, gasp, no stamping! The first project is our pocket page. Punched and cut up some of the 3x4 cards to create this page.
Have you tried Stampin' Up!'s Blends? I'm starting to fall in love with them. I might just have to order some. To be honest I never thought I would like them! But at the crop this past Saturday I borrowed Lisa's Blends to colour in the images for this card and wow, definitely changed my mind! If you haven't tried them yet let me know. They are on my next order so watch for more projects soon featuring them! On a side note, I also borrowed a friend's Stamparatus to line up the Thinking of you sentiment and it was perfect!. Another item I mistakenly thought I didn't need. That's on my next order too...

Supplies
Stamps: Lily Pad Lake
Colours: Balmy Blue, Old Olive, Whisper White
Accessories: Lakeside Framelits, Stampin' Blends: Rich Razzelberry, Old Olive and Smokey Slate

Creating this project makes me think of the trips I've taken down east. My mom and I are headed to Nova Scotia at the end of this month. I'll put my favourite picture in this frame after our trip. T minus 10 days!

The Under the Sea Framlits makes this project easy! The only freehand cutting I did was around the back seaweed. For the sand dollars I stamped the net onto Whisper White cardstock and then ran it through the Big Shot with the sand dollar framelits, then used my Aquapainter with a small amount of Crumb Cake ink to muddy the lines a bit.

Supplies
Stamps: Sea of Textures
Colours: Bermuda Bay, Granite Gray, Crumb Cake
Accessories: Tranquil Textures Sprinkles, Linen Thread, Stampin' Dimensionals, Layering Circle Thinlits, Under The Sea Framelits, Seaside Embossing Folder

Yesterday I participated in a demonstrator training day put on by my upline Lisa Henderson and another demonstrator Michelle Stenson. It was a lovely day to hang out with the others and learn new things and be creative with new products! The first project we worked on was this lovely bundle of 3" x 3" cards and a pizza box to hold them. I love all the little accents on each card!

Our second project was this little box to hold our cute little succulent! The main greeting was stamped and cut out with the Stitched Shape Frameltis. But the leaves were all cut out using the Tropical Thinlits and 2 pieces of paper from the Topical Escape designer series. It's great that the thinlits can do double duty and cut out images both stamped and from the designer series paper!

Supplies

Accessories: Tropical Thinlits, Tropical Escape 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, Tropical Elements (wood flower), Nature's Twine - Crumb Cake, Stampin' Dimensionals, Gift Box Punch board, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Tailored Tag Punch
