pick a petal poinsettaSo this whole dark at 7pm thing is getting old. And we finally had to turn on the heat a few days ago to keep warm. Oh well, enough gripping. On to the card!

This pretty poinsettia is made using the Pick a Petal stamp set and the So Swirly Jumbo wheel. Great little card, but it can be difficult to piece it together properly. You need to stamp and cut 11 red petals and 2 green petals. Arrange 6 red petals on the whisper white card stock, spacing them evenly without going off the side of the white card stock, with the 2 green ones on top. Next arrange the top 5 petals and adjust the bottom petals to get the multi-layered look. Now glue all together, being very careful not to wreck your design.

Stamps: Pick A Petal, So Swirly Jumbo wheel, Sincere Salutations
Paper: Garden Green, Real Red, Whisper White, Summer Sun
Ink: Real Red, Garden Green
Accessories: Jumbo wheel handle, small circle punch
